    Both services are O.K as far as connection speed go. BUT THEY BOTH SUCK BIG

    TIME AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE is concerned. With Telus, the wait on the phone is

    usless and unless you have half a day to spend waiting listening

    to the music, it'll be the moment you run to answer the door or grab a glass of water door that the bastards will pick up and give you a about half a nanosecond to scream hello before hanging up on you after waiting an hour for them. At

    least Shaw (I hate them too but we have nobody else, just Telus and Shaw)gives you the opportunity to leave your number and they will phone you back sometimes later in your lifetime, sucks too but at least you free up a "GOOD PORTION" OF your DAY. What this ~~~ boils down to in this day and age is that a customer has to be more furious with TELUS, because they are A FRICKING PHONE COMPANY. IS IT THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FRICKING PHONES OR NOT ENOUGH FRICKING PEOPLE TO ANSWER THEM.?? ITS NOT LIKE THEY'RE NOT MAKING A FRICKING FORTUNE "nickling and diming" everybody on THEIR MONTHLY BILLS.

    HOW BOUT IT TELUS AND SHAW? HOW ABOUT JUST A "REASONABLE" FRICKING monthly fee instead of charging average and low income families these terrible prices and in your "modern scamming" method that people never re~~~y know what they are paying until the smoke clears each and every month. Telus motto must be, "we'll make you an offer you can't understand"

    Remember, we ~~~ have other fricking bills to pay, not just fricking rent, fricking food and fricking internet. We have fricking kids who need sneakers ~~~ the fricking time, and we have fricking hydro and fricking gas and fricking water bills not to mention fricking groceries, fricking house insurance, fricking car insurance, fricking cable t.v. (for the old ones), and fricking school lunch programs and fricking gas costs for minimum of two fricking cars as well as their fricking periodic repairs. We have fricking new tire costs, fricking telephone (we barely use the phone but still our bills are incomprehensible) from the (Telus Offer you can't understand) Yes Shaw....$ 50.00 per month is fricking huge!!! Especi~~~y when your service quality is exactly the same as Telus' Neither of you is any better than each other and Neither of you should be getting anything more than 9.99 per month if you want people to stop complaining. I am surprised nobody has figured out how to PIRATE yet because this would be a good thing, teach you a lesson.

    But even at Telus Cell Phone Stores the employees there don't give a shit about you and unless you punch them in the face from accross the counter they won't even acknowledge your presence. They don't have any answers for you unless they see you notice something shiny in their display cases. Did you ~~~ notice that the very last important thing that cell phones do nowadays is make a fricking phone c~~~ ? I think they're....personal vibrators now (oh great I just gave them another idea.)

    Shaws GETTING AWAY EASY HERE today BECAUSE WHEN YOU FIN~~~Y do GET THROUGH TO THEM AFTER A LENGTHY HOLDING PERIOD, THEY ARE GENUINELY SORRY FOR MAKING YOU WAIT, BUT Telus refuses to admit that you just spent over an hour to hear a human voice ! They deny it happened.

    Both These companies are OH SO GREEDY AND NOT TOO SMART. $50.00 per month when the day is done FOR cable internet. GREED GREED GREED. PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!! at SHAW AND TELUS you need to come down to reality and realize that we are the people who keep you working by paying your exorbitant prices for bullshit services and we can take you out. I'm not saying the services are not "good enough" because both of them are, BUT THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE FRICKING ON EACH MONTHS BILL. Recently in the US a company actu~~~y got a jail term for selling bottled water at $4.00 per g~~~on. YES A JAIL TERM. What do you think you guys would get.?

    What's reasonable (9.99 per month for everybody) for internet. Whats reasonable for phone.? Like the good old days, if its out of province its LONG DISTANCE OTHERWISE ITS LOCAL YOU THIEVING BASTARDS. Oh and Telus cell phone, isn't it enough that one person pays for the c~~~ not both parties. SHAME ON YOU, YOU THIEVES.

    Shame on you both. You should be treating your customers like Gods instead of like "hungry dogs waiting to be fed" EVERYONE WILL LEAVE YOU. First chance they get, and I think that moment will be sooner than we think. I am ready to go with ANYBODY ELSE. And so are the people that I speak with daily, its really quite amazing how many folks in B.C. despise you but then what did you people expect?

    The public will forgive Shaw more than Telus for long waits on the phone for

    customer service but this shit with TELUS is inexcuseable. THEY ARE A

    FRICKIN TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.!!!!THIS IS PART OF THE SERVICE that CLIENTS ARE FRICKING PAYING FOR.

    IN CLOSING FELLAS ..NOT EVERY SINGLE DIME YOU GUYS MAKE HAS TO GO TO THE CAYMANS. SOME of it actu~~~y should be used for "OPERATING COSTS. What do you think you are? EBAY?

    Pleae DON'T ANYBODY OUT THERE TELL ME THAT TELUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPERIOR TO SHAW'S. Its comparable to the phones at the Government unemployment office maybe, but even the Government phones are lightning quick compared to TELUS.

    I hate them both but I hate Shaw a little less.
