    I have had a few diff isp's over the years.

    I finally decided on telus. My first experience with telus 7 years ago was not very good. Since then things seemed to have stabilized. I am on the 3.0 package and speeds are 2800/ 620. Overhead aside that isnt too bad. There were some routing issues to major game servers but they seemed to have been ironed out

    Telus Speed

    I switch from regular high speed to Enhanced and my speed go down by 50%. Currently I receive ~ 700/400.
    I am not sure what is going on.
