Telus has been solid for the past few years, except for a DNS outage that seems to be off/on in some areas.
The only downside, is their 6.0 isn't rolled out in a lot of areas yet, leaving people with a 3.0 connection, which is a little slow these days. Also, their bandwidth cap is pretty small when comparing against other ISPs.
Their tech support is usually good, but is having a few hiccups since they just switched to outsourcing. But all in all, Telus is a decent ISP.
