    The worst company I've ever dealed with.

    the rep on the phone will lure you into contracts then you will get surprises on your bill (hidden charges)

    for billing errors, if they admit (they will deny it first until you bullet proof it)
    then they will still refuse to give you credit back except for the current month, the excuse they use is: you have 30 days to review your bill and should tell us right away...

    the quality of their Internet service: Sucks.
