telus forced us to try shaw for phone and dsl service but the experience was so bad we went back to telus and suffered through 1 1/2 yrs of constantly rebooting the router and poor line performance. now that we are on a line that can, we may switch to telus TV too.
telus like most companies has dissassociated themselves from real people. Have you tried to find their phone number in the book or on line for that matter? Dealing with any coorporation these days is a nightmare but they really suck. The one thing I can say about Shaw is being people freindly on the phone, but the phone tech end needs help.
