I like Telus and Optik is a great product, but Telus has a truly pathetic order processing system. The original install was from Telus telephone and Telus ADSL. (Cable was Shaw.) When the installed Optik, I was without email for over a week and it took another week to restore my old email. Telus compensated me for the outage. When I upgraded from 2HD/1SD to 3HD/1SD, the service went out for several days. Telus compensated me for the outage. When 25/3 was offered, it took numerous calls to get the upgrade completed. Later on, my service was arbitrarily downgraded to 15/1 due to DSL express which to this day thinks my line is not adequate for a 25/3 profile. The telephone service is excellent. The Optik TV service is excellent, except for the outage when the service was upgraded to 3HD/1SD. Normally the internet service is excellent. I am also getting some loyalty discounts.
