Service reliability and speed have been great since fiber was turned on in my area. Only problems are the website and UBB is a bit concerning (understand why it is here, just hope caps are adjusted for current day use), and the website. The new version of the customer site is terrible. Has never worked for me with out getting error (Well this is embarrassing. An error has occurred.) Support said I just had to deal with it. The classic site still worked until March 26 2015 (when I noticed it) stopped working for usage details. Called in again and have been told they are working on it and to just call in for usage. Hope that gets fixed soon with UBB around the corner. So in general years of good service with a few small hiccups, I can live with that.
