Update (Sept. 2008): Moved back to Fort Erie and back on Cogeco. Solid latency and speeds most of the time, but not as consistent as Rogers was in Guelph (probably due to DOCSIS 1.1 which Cogeco still uses while Rogers uses DOCSIS 2). Speed tests show 9500/610, would like to have more upload for $52/month (I got 9900/990 real world speeds with Rogers for $54/month).
Also, a 60gB cap is ridiculous, Cogeco definitely needs to up this.
