    While Cogeco is fast and the uptime is good everything else is heading downhill. I was completely happy with Cogeco until last year when they started capping torrents. Because i wasn't a huge torrent user it wasn't enough for me to leave but it went from me being a fan of the company to being mildy annoyed. This month in September they've started enforcing their bitcaps which they previously ignored. With only 60 GB up+down combined i will likely go over most months, i could go Pro for another $15 a month which gives you 100 GB but i will likely go over that too soon with HD media becoming more and more popular on the internet. Having to worry about maybe getting suspended because of this has me considering leaving Cogeco, the only reason i'm not moving over for sure is changing emails is a pain especially for a household of 4 that all use it and that Cogeco still has the fastest speeds. If i find that i will be getting suspended i will leave for sure.
