We initially went with Cogeco because of a good TV/Internet bundle. It simplified billing for us too. Service was initially spotty for the first few years, but has been rock solid since about 2004. We have the High Speed Select All Digital TV / Internet Bundle. Basically, that's everything including the kitchen sink except for a few specialty channels that are charged for a la carte, and no HDTV or sports packages. We moved in 2003 and received very poor service on the transfer and extremely cocky / passive-aggressive customer service staff. Why we stayed at that point is beyond me, but we rode it out and quite honestly for the last few years the service has been excellent with our chief complaint being the price of the TV component of the package going higher and higher to the point where we are on the threshold of dropped it and going DSL + Sat TV. But as for Cogeco now, the main card keeping us on is the internet speed. We routinely see 9.0+ results on speedtests. Customer service, when we do use it, is prompt, polite, courteous and helpful. A big change from five+ years ago! When our Cable modem failed, they promptly brought out a replacement and got us going again. Overall I'd recommend Cogeco strongly to someone who wants a good solid complement of TV channels, fast reliable internet, but ready to pay the premium.
