    I'm on the pro package which sorta suits my needs well. My only gripe is the bandwidth cap can be very restrictive if I purchase a lot of games from steam and direct2drive in a month. 4-12gb each really adds up quickly.

    Overall the service is reliable and good but in the end I wouldn't hesitate switching providers if I could get a bigger bandwidth cap. Even if I loose a bit of speed.
