Been with cogeco for 7 years. Started with the full tv and then upped to digital hd, home phone (voip) and internet. Paying over $200/month. + tax Cancelled tv last year. = bill reduced to $110/month + tax (put up antenna) Cancelled phone last month = bill reduced to $60/month + tax (tektalk) Cancelled internet today = bill reduced to 0. (bell grab and go 4 months)
I asked to be upgraded to Cogeco turbo 20 from 14 because it is actually $1/month cheaper for a faster connection but I was told a tech would have to upgrade my modem and I would need to pay a $50 service call charge. This annoyance led me to investigate options and brought me to sign up for the bell grab and go dell promo.
Bye cogeco. Maybe we'll meet again in 4 months, but hopefully teksavvy has a solution.
