i am stuck with cogeco until some TPIA company offer service in my area. Start.ca for example started reselling cogeco based internet service to people in ontario. At the price Start is offering it would cost me less than half of what i pay now. Really frustrating..
i could change from turbo 20 to turbo 40 and it should save me some money provided that i dont bust the bandwidth limit. But the though of having to be carefull about what i download is really bugging me. This is a really frustrating situation and i can tell you that i am going to change my isp as soon as i possibly can.
