I was offered $97 from bell for 6 months and $123 after 6 months and installation free but I hate bell so I went with cogeco for $107/ month, but when I got my Channels, they sucked so I asked them if they can do anything and they gave me an upgrade for two month to try and see if I like the service. But when I got my bill it was at $187 when I talked to them they were more into me cancelling so they could get $300 for cancellation then solving the customers concern.
