Hello, I have been on Bell Atlantic's InfoSpeed DSL since July. I have had no end of problems with it. Their technical staff is useless since their troubleshooting knowledge is limited to reading an 'area outage white board' and repeating simple configuration questions (e.g. Is your modem turned on?) to you. Once you get forwarded on to the second level, you are told that they can take 72 HOURS to respond. Outages last from hours to up to a week at times. I could go on for pages about all the problems I have had, starting from a botched initial installation, but I'm going to cut this short. My advise is- STAY AWAY FROM BELL ATLANIC, THEY AREN'T CLOSE TO GETTING THEIR ACT TOGETHER. Bryan
