    Typical

    Frontier here is exactly like you detail in your post, until that is, competition arrived. Now, customers have been leaving in droves. They do suck, that is for sure! If I were you, I would contact the local Franchise Authority. Maybe they can assist you. Good luck!

    Telling the truth about Frontier is easy whether you work for the competition or not, and can be summed up in two words: They Suck!!!
    Any other moral ambiguities I can clear up for you?

    Well I just don't want anybody coming along and saying "well you work for so and so and you are just saying this because......."

    Though I do agree that Frontier is probably the worst company I've ever done business with. I have been with them on and off for some 8 years and the only time I have good internet is when I'm not with them. Currently I am still with Frontier as the ISP I am working for doesn't service my area as of yet. You can bet though that as soon as I can I will switch regardless of where I work.
