I was transferred over to Frontier from Verizon as were many others. Since Frontier has taken the reins we have had an increase in quality of service with the addition of DSL becoming available. Frontier is putting much effort in upgrading the mess Verizon left here and they are doing a wonderful job of it. They respond to service calls somewhat reasonably and their techs are very knowledgeable and helpful. As the upgrades continue from Frontier I will update this review with pertinent information.
