My nightmare started out with a 10 day wait for a contractor to contact me. Finally two guys came out an put the mammoth dish on my roof. Speed was 128 Down with 56 up. Slightest bit of precipitation and the service went out.
I paid our bills on time through Wells Fargo Bill Pay. For three months, Direcway claimed that I did not pay my bills. I had Wells Fargo investigate them and they finally claimed that I did pay them.
During the last rain storm, the dish went out for a week. Direcway sent a Sub-contractor out to repoint the dish. He went up on the roof and said that the installers did not place the dish on a stud and that the 150 pounds of weight was sitting directly on my roof. The Sub-contractor told me the dish had to come down and for an extra charge of $150 he could install a pole. I told him to take it down because of the roof damage and we cancelled our contract for a charge of $300.00
Disconnect Charge: $300 Leaky Roof: $1500 Suing the pants off of Direcway: Priceless!
Changed their name and they still suck.
