I contracted with PSN on November 11th for SDSL 160 service to my home business. I was lead to believe it would take 15 to 20 days to secure functionality. It is now the end of January and I have no service and no installation date. PSN charged my credit card for the full amount of the service (which in the state of MA is against the law if the product is not in the consumers hands and since they do buisiness in MA they have to live by the MA laws). On Monday I will turn this whole matter over to the Attorney General. I suspect that a class action will come out of this naming PSN as a defendant (but what do I know I'm just a employee at the Department of Justice).
I would recommend that you use caution when dealing with this company.
