    The initial installation was very smooth very quick and easy to setup. I liked how you could pick timeframes to have the service installed. IE between 12-2 pm. Other then that I have found that here in Thunder Bay Shaw needs to hire better employees.

    The first problem I had with shaw was with double billing. At one point Shaw was taking money off my credit card and as well as my checking account. When I asked them about it and it took me calling 5 times for them to believe me. Once they actually understood I got the run around about it. Someone will call you back in about a week about it from our Thunder Bay office. That was the call that never came in. I honestly called in every week for two months without them reversing the charges. Apparently the payments were going into the wrong account. The only reversed the charges when I called in to cancel.

    As for the TV/internet, I setup a TV basic package and Extreme-I internet package. Before I actually got extreme it took about 5 service calls. After this one day my internet and TV stopped working. So I called to book a service call. They never showed up. I called again, and they booked another service call it got cancelled. They re-booked but never showed up. So I cancelled my TV service with them and until I did that then they had 2 people come to my house and fixed the problem.

    Now again I'm having problems with my account. I am experiencing the run around. None of their tech support people actually have any idea what's going on. You talk to one person and everything is fine it’s your computer it probably has spyware/virus then the next person actually has some idea what's going on and realizes the problem is a neighborhood problem. I suppose I need to cancel for them to do anything about it.
