    downtimes for maintenance are short and off-hours
    knowledgable techs
    friendly competent agents - none of this giving your name and account number a kazillion times
    concern to resolve problems is evident
    need more deals
    installation wait was so long because building needed to be upgraded first
    beats the hell outta the competition MTS on all fronts
    good equipment
    willing to put in extra effort - and cable
