Very few problems over seven years with connection. Customer service by field techs is awesome. Cable and telephone lines pulled down by big truck, Shaw service was here within an hour, on SATURDAY!!. (Telus took four days to repair their line, my primary telephone line, from same incident). Speeds vary by TOD, but seem to for all cable networks. I have, and will continue to, recommend Shaw internet to anyone who wants good, reliable service.
