    I have Extreme connection but it is a waste of money because I can't use P2P or Bittorrent. Correction - I can use but the speed is so slow it is a waste of time.

    All ISPs will shape torrents. What do expect,them to allow you to download and seed torrents at full speed? Get a T1 and pay the green. Utorrent seems to work a bit better and Scrape torrent the best search engine. I have Shaw 10 meg and for a normal download from a fast server will actually get higher than the 1 MB/sec upload. Downstream will vary from 7.75 to 9.5 MB. No complaints here.
