Paying 64.95 per month (after $5 purchased modem discount) and service includes Basic Digital TV and Hi-Speed Internet. Haven't had any problems at all. Both times (once for me, and once for my father) the installer showed up on time as promised. Haven't had much need for tech support, but when I do it's always a pleasant experience with minimum (if any) hold times and the problems have always been resolved the first time and while I am on the line - no need for waiting, escalation, or call-backs. Upload and download speeds are always as promised for my level of service - never a problem with congestion in my area.

UPDATE - 2013: Shaw's value has dropped in all regards. Tech support is now mediocre rather than my original rating of good. Their front line staff in terms of billing, service changes, etc is woeful -- always takes more than one call (sometimes even requires a personal visit) for resolution. Value for money has diminished as well. The only positive I have to say is that overall it's still a passable (and usually reliable in terms of connectivity) service, especially when compared to my only other option here in Winnipeg which is MTS. In other words, due to lack of competition Shaw has their internet customers by the "short and curlies" here in Winnipeg and it shows in both pricing and service levels.

UPDATE - Jan 21 2015: New install after my move from Winnipeg to Kelowna. I ordered the install in late December so I got in on the old grandfathered package of 25mbps and paying the new price of $67. No TV ordered (yet ??) just internet. Installer arrived exactly on time and was fast and efficient. Have been on the new service about a week. I got their newer (?) Arris Dual Band AC wireless router/modem - previously had the Cisco modem/router, but I don't have any devices that can take advantage of the new 5Ghz band. Speed tests verified speeds are as advertised and no apparent congestion issues in my area regardless of time of day. Basically I am overall happy, but their constant price increases are a major irritant. I get jealous when I look at Americans getting far better speeds for $49.95.

I can't update my previous updated review from 2013 as I have had no reasons to contact tech-support or customer service/billing (so I don't know if they've improved or gotten worse), but I guess that I haven't had to call them is a plus.
