Ordered Shaw High Speed 4 years ago. Been satisfied with their service for 3.5 years up until Mid-August.
Tech Support actually resolves most of my issues that's on their side and never blames the customer for being the idiot for quite a while until last year when there were apparent issues with their side.
For speed, it's quite consistent throughout the day to be honest. I've never gotten latency during peak hours when everybody's on the Internet. Seems like they've balanced out the bandwidth evenly in my area. Can't say for other areas, but mine seems fine... Up until now. Recently, the internet slows down during peak hours and I've actually restarted my ISA 2006 services to root out the issue if ISA 2006 was having issues or not. I've even run loopback tests to confirm that ISA 2006 wasn't the issue. Seems like right now that Shaw is oversubscribing customers in my area.
Pricing wise, was quite reasonable for 3 years until now. They've jacked up the price to $35 per month while other providers can provide the same speed and bandwidth limit at a lower price.
For equipment wise, they've supplied me a Motorola SB5101 modem which served me quite well for some time.
