This reviewer obviously has some agenda

With all the current changes with Shaw, and the EXCELLENT support in the broadband reports forums by OFFICIAL Shaw Reps working to eliminate miscommunication on the front lines, we are getting exceptional service and good quality of service from Shaw in most areas. Shaw is working hard to navigate the red tape of government to get approvals to get congested areas resolved, and working hard to upgrade their network. Therefore I think this review by the author is misleading.
