I was with Shaw from the early 2000's till 2011 and the connection was off and on. I had BB100 and was on a saturated node. In the end I had daytime use at about 20mbit/s down. Customer Service has always been nice but I didn't want to spend anymore on Shaw. I went to Telus and have a dedicated line. It's no BB100 at 3am but at least it's always full speed for what I pay for. Some people living in better areas where the nodes are not saturated as much and they will get their speed but for me, I was just unlucky. I like both companies and they both have their strengths and weakness.
