Telocity is the SDSL provider, INSNET is the ISP I'm using. I finally made the jump to xDSL service after looking at other vendors that offered fairly low bandwidth at what I considered a high price, like $65.00/month for only about 160Kbps, $500 install and $300 modem. Telocity, if within the 18,000 foot limit, promised at laest 200Kbps for $49.95/month, $99.00 install, free modem, unlimited downstream and 1GB upstream per month, plus one static IP address, no application filtering, I jumped. Service installed in 5 weeks and except for some confusion during the configuration service has worked fine. I'm getting 416Kbps at 17,722 feet from CO. Their box has a nice build in HTTP server for the user interface and all config information is download from a central server, nothing for the end user to do except wire it up and enter their phone number (this is where my problem was, they had a different number that what I though they would use). Tech support has been very helpful and responsive, no more than a 3 to 5 minute wait on the phone.

It appears that their procedures with the ISP's however haven't been fully worked out yet. I never received any info from INSNET about configuration information for mail or news servers, but I did receive a bill right on time. However, INSNET has responded quickly to e-mails and phone calls with questions and problems.
