My company currently has two T1s from Covad under a program called T1 bonded service. It is extremely reliable most of the time. The only downtime we have ever had was with a bad flash card on the Cisco router they provide. Since the tech they sent was not Cisco certified, it took him almost a week to figure it out. But since then it has been working flawlessly for over a year.
Before the bonded T1s we had a single T1 form Covad and it never went down. Bonded T1s are just more complex and so they require more sophisticated hardware and .
