Okay, well..
I went from a pretty good connections to something very similar to what bell Sympatico was about 6 months ago, before they capped it. I needed my upload for my webcam broadcasts overseas. Now when I netmeet my video and audio stream are beyond laggy. As well, in the past few weeks, Rogers has had periods when it has been down for longer then 12 hours at a time. It had been a great service, I think its day is over.
As well, I still dont have a mail account from them, they said i would need to call and set it up (the technician). I did. But because I have direct Visa payments I dont have the number I need to Login to it, and when I have email the support team, they were no help to me.
