Way back in May of '03, I ordered roger' high Speed for two reasons; Sympatico was always mis-billing me, and Roger's billing was on an actual statement. I could see each month what I owed Rogers, rather than waiting to see what mistake Sympatico made.
Now, with throttling, caps and slow data plans, Rogers has overall degraded their service yet consistently raised prices.
I'm tempted to give up on the net altogether,
