    Ordered Rogers Hi-Speed Express end of October 2006. Scheduled an appointment for the date after I moved to my new house. Installer was outsourced, but very friendly and more importantly prompt.
    Connection has been quite stable since, only a few DNS outages.

    UPDATE:
    Since having been switched over to their new IP address block (99.*), I have begun to notice routing issues. These are evident in online multi player games where my ping has multiplied 5x.

    UPDATE:
    Seems to be having DNS issues (so I switched to openDNS). The 60GB/monthly cap is not reasonable either.
