I've been with Rogers for over four years now.
My thoughts? Simple and to the point, if you know what your doing, are looking for something to browse with and want no support? Go with Rogers, If you're a torrent or heavy bandwitdh user, wrong place to be. Overall the system has been stable for me, regardless of if I am on a 99 or a 74 or any IP assigned really, I'm able to do what I need with it.
Is it "GREAT" no, I can't do it all and they removed the newsgroup support which is something I used, I now need to go to google and it doesn't have everything I need.
Am I 100% satisfied? No, I'd say 95% satisfied though, for 15mbps and 95 gig a month, its worth the money and I get discounted for bundling.
