    Been a Rogers customer for 3 years now, the connection has been very reliable and the download speeds are good. However their tech support is horrible. When you call it is always something on your end even if it isn't.

    As long as you know what you are doing in terms of networking and fixing related issue as well as you don't mind the throttling of your connection then Rogers is a decent ISP. If you have no idea then you may want to consider another solution for your internet connection.
