Rogers has a long standing history of abusing the trust of its clients. From horrible Customer Service, dropping FTP support, webspace support, newsgroups... to outright deceit in their marketing. Rogers was one of the first ISP's to introduce 'throttling' and bit-caps. The US has recently picked up on this as well. see here - »en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandwidth_throttling Unfortunately, there's not a lot of choice in Canada. Really it's either Rogers or Bell. You pay for a service/speed that isn't there for you. As I said though, in the end there isn't a lot of choice. And despite my negative review, I've no choice but to recommend Rogers over Bell... pity.
