The connection is definitely great, hardly any downtime

i ordered Extreme

the installation process was slightly delayed, but it was installed

got tempted by the sales mans 30% off deal, ended up stuck with a internet having 95gb cap for 12 months, went over pretty much every month and paid quite a lot of money.

Calling their techsupport/using live support is a completely pain in the ass, calling usually takes 30minutes to 2hour of wait time, that doesnt include the numerous of times they put you on hold while transferring you from one department to another then back because someone made a mistake, reps are usually pretty rude as well, i was called rude when i tried to cancel my internet(after i said this is ridiculous because rogers made me pay 2 extra month of internet when i cancelled)

Bitorrent are sometimes throttled to very low speeds(under 20kb)

if you want a connection thats pretty stable, and you have no trouble paying about double the monthly price, then this is the internet for you, just keep in mind that the customer support is absolutely horrible.
