    Horrible.

    I've spent hours online with tech support. They close tickets without explanation.

    They go through the same tired script over and over without helping out which ends in a totally useless service call that they make you wait for 3 hours.

    Update:

    Still horrible after all these years.

    Moved, went with someone else, still trying to straighten out the billing issues. They need to get a clue.

    Can't wait for Uverse in the new place.
