I was migrated from Stephouse Networks to Sunset Net back in September, 2009. I called them in early November when In hadn't seen a bill and they said to wait. The months dragged by. No bill. The service kept working. I waited...
It took them until April 21st to bill me for service due to some sort of glitch in their customer records. I'm not sure if that was their fault or Stephouse's, though. Stephouse had problems with their billing and missed billing me for several months as well. I suppose thanks are in order to Sunset Net for providing service for 8 months without being paid, but they had a mailing address and a working phone number [the one they were providing DSL on], along with an e-mail address. I'd like to think I would have connected the dots here. Since I had no complaints about the service and they were due the money, I paid them $360 for the first 8 months and [hopefully] they'll bill me automatically from now on.
CLEC partner is Covad. Tech support is based in California, not overseas. E-mail addresses are included with the service.
