    ATT Broadband (cable modem),poor install by local cable contractor. Cable modem kept dropping offline due to a bad cable/poor connection outside. On 2nd trip replaced outside connections and the cable to my house and left it laying in my yard for weeks, and is still unresolved. No one from ATT could do anything more than send an email to someone who cares. I've heard that for 2 weeks. No one from ATT will even call me back. Finally I called the local cable install contractor supervisor and he called ATT and talked to someone who said they would have it done in 7 to 10 business days.
