I live Las Vegas Back when COX Communications was Prime Cable I had no problems with the cable modem. Now I have deal with COX and I do think some of these techs are brain dead or some thing they think know every thing there is to internet networking. I use to as a tech for another ISP and even I do not know every thing no ones does. This industry changes to fast. But any way COX can be good in some areas but not all areas. COX changes their Policy on you if they do not like you. They think of any thing to make pay more or get you to go another ISP. So if you get COX as your ISP make sure to get things in writing and write peoples names down and keep a journal about every thing because if they do some thing that is wrong then report them to federal authorities or law suit because you will have all the proof you need.
