Good Service, great price with Cable Service. the only service i can get living in Arizona. There instalation was fast with Cox Fast Connect. Their email is reliable for most of the time. Although this is my first and only broadband connection that i have gotten. I have had this service for about a year (Now 3 years since review Update) and have been happy with it.
ADDON: I have a website hosted with my 10MB webspace, works great 
Update: 6/25/04- Still not dissatisfied. Although, I am thinking about moving my webspace to one with alot of storage.
Update: 7/3/04- Never went out! Just need Server connections, we arent allowed to have servers, but other than that great service!
Update: 9/15/04- I cant use the internet with my Upstairs TV on for some reason, I think the splitter is at fault because when I connect the modem directly to the wall, it works just fine.
Update: 6/16/05- Constant slowdowns, and spikes, seems to be resolved now.
Update: 1/18/06- Great service, spikes stopped, slowdowns stopped, disconnects stopped after replacing the wall jack.
Update: 7/16/06- Service is great, disconnects usually happen during storms, which I do not get why as the cable here is underground. Another thing is that I noticed my modem loses signal when it gets to a certain higher temperature. The modem has enough ventilation. I think it maybe time for a new modem.
Update: 10/31/06- So far so good, no disconnects, and it works great with my wireless network. Unrelated, but lately I have been having some problems with my Cable Box, and it not displaying the guide, but eventually it all downloads.
Update: 9/6/07- Really good service now, very little disconneccts, though can be laggy at times. I now have an all-Macintosh network and Cox service works great on them.
