After deciding on possible options to free up the phone line, my family decided upon getting Cox High Speed Internet. We went up there, they asked us a few questions to set up the account, gave us the package to install it, and then we went home to try it.
The installation was easy with help from the manuals that came along with it. In about ten minutes, I was up and running. I ran off to test my speeds and it was what they had promised.
There are a few things that can be annoying however. The e-mail that they provide you with is flooded to the point where it's useless to send and receive e-mails, as you'll just lose it amongst all of the spam.

It's been many years since I've been with Cox, and I felt an update was needed. Last I checked, the e-mail was still horrible, but who would use it when you have great services such as Gmail instead? They boosted our speeds from 4000 kbps to 7000 kbps at no charge. The speeds vary from 4000-9000, depending on the time, I suppose. Still no true complaints though.
