Ordered the 5/2 connection upon finding that I could no longer have Speakeasy when I moved. Coming from a 6/768 connection the extra upload is nice, and generally the speed has been good.
Lately there have been periods where the download drops into the 250k speed - pretty bad. But eventually it returns.
Also noticed that my modem needs rebooting much more often than it did with Speakeasy.
Oh well, when it is up and full blast - it smokes, just wish it was a little more stable on the speeds at all times.
Support while for the most part good, can take a while to realize that you know what you are speaking of. That is frustrating, but fortunately I have not had to call much as I can usually resolve issues on my own.
UPDATE:
Now going on 2+ years, no issues. The recent upgrades to the system have resulted in stability. No outages or downtimes that I have noticed, connection has been great.
