Has went downhill, hit rock bottom and has started to dig. I guess they are blaming everything on the pandemic. B.S. is what I say. They have an outdated system, and can't handle all the at home workers. I get disconnects through out the day. When I search a web page it reminds me of dial up days, SLOW especially if there are a lot of graphics.

What use to be pricey but worth it has now become over priced, and lousy. Poor service, poor speeds, you name it, just poor including wait times, appointments, callbacks. They have a monopoly where we are at so it's Cox, Dish or ATT, the latter two only having 45MB in my area which is slower then the crippled Cox.

As soon as someone has fiber, color me gone. I can't wait to see Cox in my rear view mirror.
