None of us are gamers so I cannot rate Cox in that area, however the speed and reliability of our internet’s service is excellent. We have never had a problem while streamIng movies or tv shows. Customer and tech support, the few times we have needed them over the past 20 years, have been responsive and easy to work with.

Cox HSII have very limited options since CenturyLink will only give me 3-6Mbit/sec internet for $45-50 a month, and Cox HSI gives me 30-35Mbit/sec for $39.99 (internet only)...works pretty well, IMO. | |
