When I moved back down to Tucson for school, I got Cox HSI as my ISP. So far, I haven't really had any problems in the last two months I've been using the service. The only major issue has been (in the last week or so), is a DNS issue, which just resulted in me using different DNS servers.
Also, occasionally the modem will become desync'd and drop the connection. But one just needs to power cycle the modem and router and the connection comes right back up. So far, no extended downtime.
Other than that, no problems.
Update -- Still going strong.
