    I have the Premier Package for over a year now, which is the 12 / 1, and while its been fast. I have never been able to climb out of the 8-9 MB download speed. Connection has always been on and ready for me when ever I need to use the internet which is a plus.

    I wish they would add more support for other high end DOCSIS 2.0 compliant cable modems other than the cheap generic ones. I would like to see the Cisco ISR 815 supported.

    Cable installers at first did not want to run cable where I wanted it placed, but finally understood why and complied.
