    We have all services from Cox (TV, VoIP, Internet). Internet and phone delivered through Arris modem. Switched from Bellsouth DSL and telephone about 18 months ago. Our monthly Cox bill runs $200 - $250 depending on international long distance volume. Customer support has been responsive and any issues have been resolved quickly. Can't remember needing to call technical support. Had a citywide outage of ALL services lasting about 7 hours two months ago. This caused by a large truck cutting Cox' overhead cable. 12/1 internet usually tests close to those speeds.
