    Great isp overall has long has you dont have to call tech support. But at least cox still uses americans and canadians for tech support.

    I have to agree with you on the tech support. The few times I have called I can attest that they don't know Mac. They would tell me to try something which I had to follow up with well I have a mac, so on a mac one would need to go here and yes, I already tried that. After I replaced my out of date modem the service has been great.
