We got this service back when it was @Home and then Cox took over. It is plenty fast, and reasonably priced compared to it's competitors locally and other cable internet providers. When we moved to our new house there was a several month period when our connection would randomly drop -- at first they said it was related to a splitter outside the house which they repaired, but the problem came back after a short while. However, it corrected itself with a week subsequently and has not come back since. Overall we are pleased with Cox's service.
